A class
Every class follows the same arc: arrive, warm up, practise, let go. Like the sun that rises and sets again.
We arrive and slow down. Conscious breathing connects body and mind.
Twelve flowing postures warm up the whole body and prepare it for practice.
Standing, seated and lying down – no forcing, within your own range, with variations for every level.
At the end you lie still. Anne's calm voice guides you into deep relaxation.

About Anne
“My teaching style is gentle and nurturing. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your practice at your own pace.”
Anne Tana grew up in Arunachal Pradesh, a Himalayan state in Northeast India. She first met yoga in 2004, when her mother enrolled her in a two-week yoga programme. It became her profession.
She trained in India: Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, holistic and Ayurvedic yoga in Kerala and Varkala. Afterwards she taught at her own yoga studio in India. Today she lives and teaches in Linz.
Her classes combine postures, breathwork, deep relaxation and meditation. She was shaped by the words of her teacher Manju Jois: yoga is for everyone.

Yoga is for everyone.
